Throughout the design process, we carefully curated a space that reflects this unique blend by seamlessly integrating colonial architectural elements with traditional Chinese and Nanyang-inspired ornamentations.
The juxtaposition of traditional Chinese motifs with classical European cornices and trimmings creates an elegant fusion. The circulation within the gallery follows a similar philosophy, transitioning visitors from intimate, dimly lit spaces to expansive, brightly illuminated areas. Even the custom-designed furniture embodies this harmonious marriage of contrasting elements, embodying the essence of Hwa Chong's identity
